HeartBalm will explore myriad topics including: mindfulness, developing self-love and self-empowerment techniques, embodiment and somatic practices, spirituality and non-duality concepts, complex trauma (CPTSD), and other topics related to childhood trauma and abuse, forgiveness, breathing techniques, sound healing, quantum physics/energy (et al) role in healing work, and some of my favorite things: art, photography, meditation, hiking, poetry, and the natural world.
